Physical Therapy Services in

Holland, Michigan

Physical therapy for people who want to keep doing the things they love. At Rebuilt, we provide one-on-one care for active adults, athletes, pregnancy and postpartum, pelvic floor concerns, and orthopedic injuries — with a plan built around your life, your goals, and the way you want to move.

“To me, if life boils down to one thing, it’s movement. To live is to keep moving.”

Jerry Seinfeld

Pelvic Floor Physical therapy

Leaking, pain with sex, pressure, heaviness, pelvic pain, urgency, or constipation aren’t things you just learn to live with. Pelvic floor physical therapy helps you understand what's contributing to your symptoms and gives you practical ways to feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in your everyday life and workouts.

pregnancy &

Postpartum care

Your body changes a lot through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum and we’re here to make that feel easier and less confusing. Whether you're dealing with pain or pelvic floor issues during pregnancy, preparing for birth, navigating early postpartum recovery, or working your way back to running, lifting, or CrossFit, we'll build a plan that meets you where you are.

Sports & Ortho Physical therapy

Back pain, knee pain, cranky shoulders, running injuries, or something that just doesn't feel right when you train? We work with active adults, runners, CrossFitters, lifters, and athletes who want more than “just stop doing that.” We'll figure out what needs to change and build the strength and capacity you need to get back to doing your thing.

Dry NEedling

Dry needling can be used alongside movement, strength training, and hands-on treatment to help decrease pain, improve mobility, and make it easier to get moving again. At Rebuilt, it's a tool — not the entire treatment plan — and we use it when it makes sense for you and your goals.

What to book

Initial Evaluation

60 Minutes

Your first visit is all about understanding what's going on, how it's affecting your life, and what you want to get back to. We'll assess how you're moving, identify the factors contributing to your symptoms, and leave you with a clear plan to start moving forward.

Follow Up

45-60 Minutes

Follow-up visits are where we build on your plan and keep progressing toward your goals. Depending on what you need, sessions may include hands-on treatment, strength and movement work, dry needling, education, and modifications to help you keep doing the things you love while you recover.
