about rebuilt
Rebuilt Movement & Rehab is not your typical PT clinic. I am here to help you achieve your goals and rebuild a more resilient body. During your time with Rebuilt, I will perform the necessary techniques, utilize the best resources, and teach you the best exercises to help you reach your goals and move care free. I am a movement expert, passionate about making movement feel good and accessible to anyone who wants it. Whether you’re the daily walker, pregnant or postpartum, a competitive CrossFitter, a beginner yogi, or anywhere in between, I’m here to help you rebuild.
Dr. Amber Bauer, PT, DPT, RYT
Amber has had a passion for the movement system since she started in athletics as a young kid. Amber loves many forms of movement including yoga, CrossFit, running, and the casual stroll with the pups.
Amber is passionate about making her patients feel heard. Her passion is rooted in the desire to help people achieve their highest level of function and feel comfortable and confident in their body. She is a hard working, patient centered clinician who digs deep to find answers and grow her knowledge. She believes patient education and awareness is the key to helping her patients achieve their goals.
When she is not treating patients, you can find Amber coaching or working out with friends at a CrossFit class, snuggling her pups, husband, and baby girl, on her mat practicing/teaching yoga, drinking IPAs while listening to live music, or on the beach playing volleyball, spikeball or soaking up some rays.

Dr. Melanie Werth, PT, DPT, MDT
Dr. Melanie received her under graduate degree and clinical doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) from Grand Valley State University.
She has worked in pelvic health for the past 9 years, treating patients across the lifespan. From pediatric constipation, to postpartum rehabilitation, to sexual health concerns in menopause, she loves the diversity and nuance that pelvic health PT affords.
Outside of work, she is married and has two little boys. She is a naturalist at heart and loves reading, cooking and exercising.
Amber & Mel like to think we’re a little ying and yang with a similar brain in the pelvic health space - we view the body and brain connection SO similarly but our approaches seem to balance each other out.

What is Out OF Network?
At Rebuilt Movement & Rehab, we want you, your goals and your unique needs to be what drives our plan of care… so we are taking the insurance company out of the driver’s seat. As an out of network clinic, we do not take insurance plans/policies and are a point of service clinic, however we do offer a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement if you choose. We also accept health or flex spending account payment options with receipt for proof of medical use. This may be confusing at first but we are here to explain it to you if you need more clarification!

If I hadn’t seen you, I would have just dealt with the pain for a while and avoided doing the things I wanted to do. I can’t believe how well it worked! I will absolutely be back if I ever have an issue again.
